Many companies use lean clients and strict firewall setups to ensure employees work in a safe environment and no harm comes to company critical knowledge and functions. For cloudbased solutions such as Acadal, lean clients and strict firewall setups may cause some of the following issues during login.
If you are using a terminal server at work:
Some terminal servers may be running older versions of Internet Explorer or other browsers, which can cause issues when trying to log in to Acadal.
In addition to this, your company may be running a strict firewall setup, which may entirely prevent you from accessing Acadal.
If you are facing any of the above issues we advise you to ask your IT-department or your immediate leader how you should log in to Acadal. Below is the typical solution we see companies using when facing these types of issues:
- Shut down or disconnect from your terminal server.
- Open a browser of your choice* and go to https://app.acadal.com
- Login with your e-mail and password.
